What are the terms and conditions for using the car?
Our vehicles must be used in accordance with all local traffic laws and may only be driven by registered drivers listed in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities. A valid driver’s license and security deposit are required.
What is the security deposit?
Our security deposit starts at $750 and is fully refundable. We typically place an authorization hold on a credit or debit card, though we also accept Venmo or Zelle if preferred. While a card is generally required, we're happy to work with you on the payment method that's most convenient. The deposit is held to cover any potential damages, excess mileage charges, or refueling fees if the vehicle isn't returned with the same fuel level it was rented at. As long as the vehicle comes back in the same condition it left, your deposit is returned in full. Please note: drivers under the age of 21 are subject to a higher deposit, typically around $2,000, due to increased insurance considerations for younger drivers.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the car is returned with less fuel, the missing amount will be charged according to our current fuel rates.
